  • Do I need to be flexible or experienced to attend a yoga class at Ananda?

    Not at all. Our classes are open to all levels. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or your hundredth, you are welcome here—just as you are.

  • What should I bring to class?

    We recommend bringing a water bottle . Yoga mats and props (blocks, bolster, blanket) are available at the studio.

  • How do I book a class or session?

    You can book all yoga classes directly in Mindbody here. For sessions with our practitioners, check our wellness center for their contact info. If you need help, feel free to contact us at (631) 204-1219

  • Is Ananda an inclusive space?

    Absolutely. Ananda is built on the foundation of inclusivity and community. We welcome every body, every background, and every story—with care, compassion, and non-judgment.

  • What happens if I’m running late or need to cancel?

    We understand—life happens! Please try to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. For cancellations, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice, especially for coaching sessions or wellness appointments. We have a 5min late rule for all yoga classes.

  • Do you offer private or small group sessions?

    Yes! We offer private yoga, coaching and wellness sessions, as well as custom group classes for events like birthdays, retreats, or bachelorette gatherings. Reach out to coordinate something beautiful.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 39-41 Windmill Lane, Southampton, NY 11968. Between Roger's Memorial Library and the Windmill Lane Firehouse, right above La Carezza. The entrance is at the back of the building with ample parking.
